Carpenter race engines

Has any one out there had Carpenter racing redo the engine on a Rocket yet? Or do you know how long they take on the drive in drive out deal?

my rocket/heads/cams heading stateside as i write. i've gone for the '280' package. i will post pix/video once its back and running.should be the bomb. apparently it can pull 180mph in 4th gear! we'll see....

I have a head and pistons at Carpenter Racing right now and am waiting on the new intake valves to be made. Their goodies should go well with the Rotrex supercharger
At 280 HP you might want to think about a MTC Billet clutch basket. so you don't destruct yours.

i have a Barnett in it now,had no probs so far but am probably going to go back to 'standard' with the CRE clutch spring up grade. they are rated for 500hp

it don't matter how strong your springs are when you tear the clutch bascket off the back plate.

this is the 05 and older bascket in which the back plates are .030 thinner then the 06 and up OEM baskets so the best thing to do is send MTC and 06 or newer basket and get back one of these babies.





its a we bit over 500 USD but when you pay for the aftermath I bet it is more!!!!
