Busted by a V Max

Take that opportunity TC. Usually the only one you get to ride is the one you just bought. Joe is the Canberra Yamaha dealer and he never gets them except for delivery. There's an older one tucked down the back of the workshop covered in dust with a long unpaid account. Obviously not too treasured by its owner.

Does Austrialia have a "Mechanics Lien"?

If so the shop should be able to take ownership of the bike and sale it or allow someone else to pay the debt in full and transfer the title.

I sold my 03 Vmax last year and came to the R3 roadster. The Vmax is a blast to ride, but now that I have logged some miles on my new bike I prefer the rocket. Better range (if you are taking it easy), more comfortable, and I just like the looks of the Rocket better...dual headlight, chrome and black etc. The Vmax's are great/quick bikes, but I will stick with the Triumph!

With that said I havent tried the new Vmax's, but with what sounds like worse range, that is a deal breaker for me even though they look awesome.

Don't feel bad, I got spanked by a car!!

Granted, I had the Rocket for just a couple of days, had the misses on the back, the car was souped up and I was terrified of lifting the front wheel.....

....but **** it, I should have smoked him.

I had a race with a new skyline .he had his window down at one set of lights and we decided to race to next set of lights ,about 8 hundred meters .i beat him .
at the next set of lights he would not put his window down.bloody poor loser

Ive seen some pretty darn fast B-Kings

Wow, love the look of the dual intakes. I was looking at the VMax specs, it's almost 200 lbs lighter than my R3T, apples and oranges, I bet the B King is lighter yet.
