BST carbon wheel tyre change

Can't speak to the bst rims but on my Ducati that had carbon fiber rims we cut the tires of just above the beads and then snipped the metal cord from the inside. Remount was done with hand tools and buddy that races bikes who were used to these types of rims...
 
Think I'd be going the 'cutting' route too if unsure about your mates car-tyre machine .. too late once they are rooted. Hunty's advice would sway me to find a specialist/experienced fitter.

There is appropriately sized hammer for evey task known to man
