Well, I finally rolled out the sleeping beast to take a couple of pics of these items on my 2015 r3t. I haven’t had the chance to use the bike yet due to winter. (Note the white stuff in the background).
I may have to tweek the deflectors a bit, which won’t be a problem. The deflectors are mounted on a Clearview windshield which is two inches wider than stock. Fitment was not a problem.
Oxford grips went on well. My machinist buddy did some modification to the original throttle sleeve so the new grip would fit up like the original.
Spring would be most welcome!

Not many views, and hardly no replies. I thought it’d be a good idea to share. Oh well. I’m happy with them.

Almost the same setup I have -- slightly different model Oxford as I went with the "Cruiser" model with the chrome ends, and rotary "chrome" controller, and I have Juroc shield without the vent.

Expect you to be happy with the setup, and to complete, you need to add @Bedifferent 's tach.

Oxford heated grips are excellent, I have them on my hayabusa... I just wish I had put them on the rocket instead of the rubbish triumph heated grips that cost over twice the price. It's hard to believe how rubbish the triumph ones are, Oxford is so much better.

Ive got the Triumph factory grips and have always been a little disappointed with them. To get the heat to my hands I need to wear summer gloves, sometimes they seem to be off and I just thought all heated grips were like this (never had heated grips before). You guys telling me I can have warm hands?

Due to a very long winter here, I have hardly been out riding yet, but the couple short rides that I took I am very impressed with theses grips. You get plenty of heat with either 50 or 75% of heating power.
