Castrol 5w-50 full synthetic. She purs right along and I really like the idea of oil being ported to all parts as quickly as can be on start up. 3000 miles or so and none used.
ANYONE QUESTION WHY RIII TAKES SUCH HEAVY OIL(15-50)?

I've been running Redline 10W40 in my Daytona for 40,000 miles without any problems. Larry (Spiderman) McBride told me that he runs it in his top fuel drag bikes so I figured why not. I've been running the same in the Rocket since the 500 mile change. The oil looks as good coming out as it did going in.
