Anyone Installed FEHLING 38mm engine bars ?

Ordered these from Ernst of FEHLING in Germany and so far I am really pleased with the product itself, the quality of the chrome is first class and just oozes class. However the install instructions are in German, I have managed to translate these with the aid of "Google Translate", abit hit and miss at times !!

I would like to see if anyone out there has installed these bars on there bike(s) ? If so i have a question about the 30mm tube spacer for the upper right side mounting bracket, does it fit between the frame and the mounting bracket on the threaded bar ?

Also the lower mounting bracket bolts come with 4 x 5mm spacers, do these fit between the brackets and the fixing mount ?

Hoping someone can offer some advice........:whistle:
