Don't know squat about the tune thing.
Just got myself a Gi-Pro to advance the timing,
and a Dobeck to adjust the fuel,
so I'm sorry, no help on the tune.
But there's overflow bottles that mount to the frame and look pretty good.

if you run the TuneECU and then add a PCV + AT you will not need to go to a dyno and if you want I have a AFR table I have made, I copied from the AFR tables used by Wayne Tripp in his tunes, it gives a good balance of power and economy. The Auto Tune will follow these and give you the equilivent of a dyno tune that with your jardines and triple K&N's...... it will be a new beast so hang the f##k on. The AFR tables that come with the PCV and from thier download page are very average so send me a PM and it's yours

Oh and I just left the overflow bottle in it's original place it will not get in the way and the airbox is more usefull for storage
 
Well... all I can say is Hot ****! and I wish it would stop bloody snowing...
I got the K&N's on, the Jardines are on, the overflow bottle moved, drilled out the bearclaw, loaded the attached tune, and fired her up... I can not believe the sound from the Jardines, it is deep and throaty ... and oh so nicely loud. Even my wife likes it.
Now, waiting on the postman to deliver the PCV/AT.... and the bloody snow to stop

Nice work. What exactly did you do to the bearclaw? Drilled out?? Post a pic.

Oh, and just to rub it in a bit, 82 and sunny today. Rode a couple hundred miles and killed a couple hundred bugs. **** warm weather has them out early this year.
 
I'm excited for you! You really want to take it out for the first time on a dry track..... Not sure what the attachment above is but I couldn't open it. Would love to see a pic of what you did with the b/c.
 
The attachment above is the TuneEcu file I loaded in the bike.

I wanted to do something with the bearclaw for the time being until Flip is ready to start modifying them, I will get another then but in the mean time I covered the bearclaw with masking take,laid out some lines, then put on those little stickers that are used to re-enforce pages in a 3 ring note book. Used them to lay out the pattern and as a guide for drilling.

The pictures are not very good, I am finding it hard to take pictures of the chrome with the need of a flash...

Hopefully it will allow enough air in.. If not I can increase the size of the holes...




Unless you stoop down a little you really do not even see the holes when it is on the bike....
