Last stretch is from Las Cruces New Mexico to Los Angeles California.

Me too, had the TKR performed twice to the same leg/joint. This was due to complications with the surgeons ability to perform whilst suffering from a severe bout of inflated ego. Mind you, the final x-rays only showed 3 continuous structures!
