Yes, the classic did come with leather panniers and a luggage rack, I think. Windshield/screen and crash bars were not included.

Essentially the Classic was a limited promotion, gussied up version of the 2007 Standard model with about $2,700 worth of Triumph goodies added for only an additional cost of about $500.
Wrong the Classic came with floor boards touring seat and two tone paint. the Classic tourers were the ones that came with all the goodies.

I stand corrected. The ol' memory ain't what she used to be.

My prior post has been edited to properly reflect reality.

Thx, Scott.

I found mine on eBay. With Jardines and 6k miles. $7500. I was about to buy a new Roadster but I wanted the old rails and forward pegs. Dealer wouldn't do it because of warranty issues.

I found mine on craigslist! In Roxboro, NC abouve Raleigh! Bought it in 2009 with 2200 miles on the clock! Best $10, 000 I've ever spent!

Only you know the answer to that toughie, Amigo!!!
I started in 1950 and been at it steady since 1960.
I can tell for sure the end is coming, but would like to get another 10 years or so - if possible.
the way you get new goodies for your ride I think we will see you for quite a few years to come steve:) and i know what you are talking about . there will be an end but do not even think about it .
I for one go to the gym lifting weights so my ride still know who is in charge

Maybe send albertaduke a pm? My daughters wedding among several other things, losing job, unexpected expenses, have me shackled for awhile.
