just changed my oil...

Are they outta their #$%## minds or what... Mobil 1... 4T at advanced auto $10.99 per quart
Anything any less costly?

oil

The new recommended oil is Castrol Power RS Racing 4T. I used the 10W40 as recommended. O'Reilly's had it on sale for $7.00 a quart a while back. It has about the same specs. as Mobil.Marty;)

Just bought the oil for mine at 10.99 at autozone, try buying it at the dealership at $17.99 per quart:eek:

That's why I change mine right at 10,000 miles... no sooner ... it's what the Triumph manual says.. sooo thats what I'm going to do. lol

I'm running the Castrol now.

I used the Mobile turbo diesel oil during breakin period and joe gibbs racing oil for my normal oil. its pricey 120.00 for a case of 12 quarts but my bike is worth it. Any good track oil is not EPA friendly or EPA monitored, which means its double good for the bike. Also the good thing about turbo diesel oils is the are high in wear inhibitors and low in friction modifiers. The friction modifiers are whats hard on clutches unless you use stronger clutch springs.
