Inlet valve clearance should be between .10 and .15 mm. That's .004 to .006 inch. .03 mm is close to holding your intake valves open which will cause problems. You still have some clearance but those shims need to be changed. If you have your cams removed, I'd recommend removing all the shims and measuring them. Saves doing it in the future.
The valves don't appear too bad. A bit of carbon build up on one. So long as you still have compression, the seats haven't been compromised. Adjust and move on.
