Sorry I haven't posted for about a week. Was waiting on some cooler weather to test in since we've been in a mini heat wave here. Well everyone here's the results of the testing:

I isolated the radiator and water pump cooling circuit and the pressure test came back holding steady with no loss at 18 psi after 2 hours. I isolated the engine and was getting 8 pounds after running at 18 PSI for 2 hours. Ran that test twice with same results.

Ran a compression test on the engine. Cylinder 1: 180 psi
Cylinder 2: 85 psi
Cylinder 3: 185 psi

CONCLUSION: YEP, BLOWN HEAD GASKET!

Run a leak down test, then you'll know for sure.
