    I swapped mine out for carbon shields and coated the inside with exhaust wrap before installing. They're still HOT but better than before, and pretty toasty on chill evenings now the autumn is rolling in. 👍

    Have you tried to extend the locking pin under the seat? Someone else mentioned this on here, and I followed their advice. Unscrew the pin (with spanner) then use a washer or two to limit how far it can screw back in. This worked for me.

    Just a quick shot to show what I mean - the pillion seat pad welts don't line up with the back rest. To some this might be a small detail but to me that's unacceptable on product at this price.
