Riser for a handelbar rocket R

This ride went fine, did 450 k days, would have liked bars back a bit mote, that might be because I am used to the old rocket though. Arms no sorer than usual and back and neck the same. Will stick with the set up as is Had great weather, dodged some rain and no stops by those nice men and women...

Riser for a handelbar rocket R

Just installed voigt risers to my 2020 R3 they simply slid in under the bars, did not need to make any adjustment to cable, no restriction in steering, 5 days to the front door. Not cheap but beautifully made, they also offer cable extenders but I did not need these I am 6 2 and they are just...

    Best touring screen?

I got the shorter powerbronze, wish I had got the taller, you can always cut a taller screen down but it’s hard to get shorty to grow

Had a Corbin on my original 06 rocket moved it after years of use to my newer bike, been on that for 8 years now, lost a **** load of weight si it became too big for my bum but an air hawk solved that Just bought a 2020 R3 and got a Corbin gunfighter, liked the look and needed the extra seat...

    ignition confusion - starting BUT

OK here is the problem The Rocket is not starting normally. Run through the usual sequence and I get no joy when I push the starter button, all else seems to initialise as per usual. Like all experienced Rocket riders I have a new ignition set on hand and have plugged this in and it makes no...

Anyone fitted the latest MC Cruise Control to a Roadster

Just a quick up date I was in Melbourne 2 weeks ago and went to see Mccruise Frank was most obliging in repairing the fault I had and measured up the roadster for a bracket. I expect that he has a solution for the fitting of the new non vacuum unit

    Backrest

Have had a Corbin with backrest for 11 years and have found it great. My back is buggered but once I have lifted the leg over and hopped into place its like an armchair. Negates the need for a big screen as you are well supported

    longer range cruising needs...

I have a touring Corbin with 100,000 on it and still get through 900 kilometer days, recently did 9000 plus in 14 days. At 6'2" and 180 kilo (390 lbs) I have an arse like a cushion so this may help. I only have a sports screen so find the back rest very good. Highway pegs are a must (rivco)...

Bound to happen sooner or later...

If you can think positively you will see that speeding fines are just an extra tax we have to pay to allow us to exceed the set limits. Once you have had a few they lose there sting and you become fairly blase. You may have to walk for 3 months every 4 years or so but that is over quickly...

    Towing Options for R3T

I have a Bunkhouse Camper trailer done about 25000 miles towing, use a classic industries tow hitch. I find I use the back brake a little more when I tow and the front tyre wears faster. I still ride like I am on a bike, pass, like a bike and best of all I am on a bike.
