Worst dealeeship EVER !

So.... I just came from Sclossmans Triumph city. Southeast Wisconsin's newest and only Triumph dealership. WOW! I do have a problem when the dealership is in a back carport of a Subaru car dealership. Out of the 12 bikes on stock only 3 were Triumphs, one new. Rest used. Parts department was in another building across the car sales lot. Their clothing piled like my dirty laundry! WTF is Triumph thinking? Went there for a filter and crush washers to do my oil. After an hour and fifteen minutes the Subaru parts Guy said he has no clue on what I need. I even gave him part numbers ... SHAME ON YOU TRIUMPH! I sure hope this ain't the direction this brand is going.

Wow! That sounds pretty bad, how long have they been open?
Hopefully these are just growing pains and they will get it together soon

They are a new dealership. I just hope they don't plan to run it like their car dealerships! We're a special breed ya know! As for layout plans of the dealership ... none as I was told. The Guy just said " that's how we do it here" all snarkey like. I predict southeast Wisconsin is gonna be out of a Triumph dealer before the paint dries. After all. Its hard to sell a Triumph when all you got is used Hondas and a Harley on your showroom floor!

53,000 miles and I have never changed the crush washer as for filter **** it buy an of market brand. it will be fine use a Purollator PL14612 its a yellow filter so you will have what looks like a yellow oring at the bottom of the chrome cover but you won't notice it. I am sure you can take them numbers and cross reference to another brand.

I feel your pain. The dealership I bought my r3 from "used" gave me a 30 day warrenty. Before got the bike home "120 mile ride" the left fork seal started to leak. When I called the dealership they informs me that I bought the bike for such a low price they would be losing money. After I informed them on the warrenty I had in writing they replaced both of the fork seals. I have no problem with there service but the fact that I have to remind them what there obligations are it is a waist of my time.

I replace my crush washers every forth time or so even thou they would last longer, any walmart has the fram 6609 (I think) oil filter which I have used for over 50000miles.
Do not slam Triumph on one **** hole of a place my local dealership has a brand new building, It would be interesting to know just what requirements Triumph ask's of the dealers

If I remember correctly, the dealership I bought my bike from said that Triumph requires a minimum of 12,000 s/f devoted only to Triumphs. They require a certain amount of time selling motorcycles, etc....

If that's their requirements, it's hard to believe this place in Wisconson is an authorized dealer...

So a dealer 15minutes from me (that was a fine dealership (sort of) had dedicated space, sold the clothing and accessories, had new bikes on the floor gets the boot by triumph leaving me 2hrs from a dealer instead on 15mins and that crap hole gets licensed??!!!!!!!!! Got me swinging!

I purchased my r3 from team triumph in janesville Wisconsin. It is basically a pole shed next to a barn.....but every single person in that building could help you with a simple question about your Triumph. Including the clothing girl. It just really torques me that a place like this new dealership exists. The only motorsport thing these guys sold before Triumph was some POS Chinese Utv vehicle. 6 months before they also purchased the BMW cycle dealership also. I guess that is where they get their previous experience selling experience. I'm not bashing Triumph over one shot hole dealership. I'm more disappointed in the companies decision to deem this new place acceptable.
