Has anyone ever attached or removed this kit from a Rocket ? Just trying to find out if they fit before I buy. It says universal but somethings are not always so.

That certainly looks like it would adjust to hang on two fender rail bolts OK. Can you confirm with the company if they will allow you to return their brackets for a full refund of your $$$ if it doesn't work?

The universal hardware does fit, somewhat ! The cross member I could not use. Otherwise I'm satisfied with the results. The bike kept her shape and thats what I was wanting to achieve.

universal mounting kit mod.
I cut 1/2 " off of the upright support, top bolt tube to bring it in closer to the bike. Looks much better. Quality steel, not easy to cut.
