The cheapest (safe) way is to use two m/c scissor jacks, one under each jacking point and raise each one a little at a time. Always lift the rear first or the bike will become unstable. CJautos sell this one which has a rubber top to protect the bike.

That one is not wide enough to span between the jacking points on the Rocket. I have one for my HD and I don't like the way it allows the bike to lean.
