Unplugged mystery electrical plugs scare me. Was it plugged in before? Have I lost a vital function? Am I about to catch fire? Is it needless electrical esoterica that is just put there to terrify me? I know one thing for sure I never touch it to my tongue.

Now back to the guys who know stuff.

goes nowhere mines ( 3 r3 prior ) had that thingy too was inside the right cluster and popped out when cluster was opened on all 3

Not the front brake light switch as that's working fine and I can't see anything else that's not working other than the heated grips I've taken off.....think I'm going to tuck it away and forget about it..........if I can

I think it’s a pre thought that nothing happened with and has got something to do withe the blanked switch with the triumph logo on it.

If I remember correctly, when I bought my 2013 rr, the salesman told me the blank button was for turning the head lights on or off, for other than USA, or something like that.

Mine too - it's why I assumed it was to do with the heated grips.

The 06 Classic I just got has that plug hanging out too. It doesn't seem to affect anything.

Frank, have you put a meter across the terminals to see if it's live or not? Just a thought as might be a useful supply.??
