What's in your garage?

If ALL your thoughts are related it's gonna be one hell of a big family reunion someday.
Almost as big as my Mormon on one side, and Roman Catholic on the other side, family reunions. Can you imagine over a hundred abstaining prudes glaring at over a hundred guilty drunks? Sooooo funny.

And I'm used to guys in pirate outfits, Jack, no worries. I used to work renaissance faires as Lady Charlotte de Beaune Semblancay, one of the "Flying Squadron" She is one of the coolest historical figures. Boom, knowledge bomb!

My Hagons are great, never had progressives but I read a lot of complaints about them so went with the Hagon Nitros. I have the progressive front springs, mildly better than stock, but I was a bit disappointed.

I liked the Hagon Nitros, but feel the Progressive 444s are a little better.
The automatic damping adjustment and the hand adjustable spring rate of the 444s sealed the deal for me.

I just finished a 4,000 mile trip on new Progressive fork springs. At hard twisty riding, I feel they are a great improvement in reducing nose dive and reducing the amount of trail braking necessary. A special designed front fork cartridge replacement would likely be the best; but as far as I know, no one has developed a kit for the Rocket as yet.

Next year I am getting quality shocks, but for now, I got the uncomfortable progressives for 200. Works for me, especially since I've told my friends that they do not get rides on the Rocket.

Yeah the thing you will need to watch with the shorter shocks is that if you overload them or have them set to soft ... The next bump you go over can takeout the tail light and rear indicator wiring:eek:

My 11.5" Progressives did this and worse!
I $hit canned them after about 200 miles.

Wilbers have a front end kit for Rockets Bull .. Ponters bike has it fitted, most planted bike I've ever ridden .. bar none. Cost about $1,500 from memory.

Traxion makes them for the regular Rocket, I believe, I corresponded with them, they said they hadn't done a Touring, but if I sent them the forks, they would for their regular price ($1400, I think), and do the install labor for free, for the use of my forks to develop a kit.
