I know that would depend on what bike your riding but on my r3 with the wind screen on 160-200 kp/h would be comfy for me on the free way or what ever feels good on the highway
80-85 MPH works well for me on my R3T and former FZ1. The Vmax cruise speed was closer to 70 MPH without the bug screen and 85 with it. Most older bikes I ridden were good from 65-80 MPH except the early '80s hondas and they felt good around 60-65.

Living here in Germany we have that opportunity
I still find myself "cruising" between 130-150 kph (80-90mph). I only have the angry screen, but honestly for any distance that's just the right comfort for me. On our back roads the limit is around 100k and the roads are curvy enough that I find that to be just right (particularly when they're narrow and unmarked)! But on the straighter ones I'm usually doing 120 anyway. Like Canberra said though, the weather makes a big difference. Plus if I'm not going far, 200 kph feels really good
The best part of no speed limits is I'm not constantly looking down at my speedo!
In good conditions I like 100-110mph. Of course that has to drop significantly on single carriageways. The bike seems very happy at that speed, & I know its not overworked. Happily cruised at 130 on the mountain section at I.O.M. TTcircuit, of course there is no speed limit & no oncoming traffic, at least in practice week.
probably level off at 80 mph. Not much faster though, I gotta factor in time to react to whatever comes running out of the ditch in front of me, or an idiot on their cell phone.
Probably about 85 to 95 MPH. She feels "right" at about those speeds.
But here on the west coast of California there are too many **** idiots who would make the speed drop to give a little time to react to their dumb moves.
