Hello evrey one I need a little guidance here .I have 2009 r3 touring I am going to install the Dand D pipes with the download they suggest . I also want to remove the secondary butterflies .this is my starting point .Any pros or cons with removingthe butterflies ???

Rather than the Triumph tune, I'd suggest going right to a PCIII for fuel management. The pipes (and if you ever alter the filters) are going lean the fuel trim, the Triumph download corrects for this by closing the secondaries more rather than adding fuel. Pulling out the secondaries negates the download.

Yes .... You want to do it all (said while swinging a large watch, back-and-forth)... you want to go faster .... you want more POWER .... you don't care what the cost .... you are getting very sleepy .............

If you remove the secondaries (a very good thing) and do the exhaust mod, I would just go with TuneECU and load your own tune. No need for a PCIII, imho.

I like PCIII's for their simplicity and ease finding shops that specialize in tuning with them.

What ever system you decide to go with, the main thing is to get the fuel richened before or during installing exhaust, removing secondaries and altering air filters. She'll go lean when you let her breath.

I love my R3T with D&Ds, TuneBoy, and Tripple Filter Mod. It's a WHOLE new ballgame with those mods. Runs soooo.... GOOD!
