Water Temp Sensor.

Water Temp Sensor Location

Good morning:
I need to find the physical location of the water Temp sensor. During all of my tear down and build up I think I missed hookik it back up. Checked the manuals , Google and no luck. Need it so the fan will run. Verified the fan is hooked up and working with a jumper through the relay.
If I can not fiond it I will have to hook up a external on/off switch.

Have a look around the front of the cyl head,possibly the left side.
There is a vague diagram on 11.17 of the service manual.

It's at the front, in behind the throttle bodies. If you haven't connected it, you may need to slide the throttle bodies off a bit to get at it. No big drama to do that.
