Water pump seal?

YOU might try 3m yellow super weatherstrip and gasket adhesive. just a few spots and let it get tacky. please post if it is a round o ring or does it look like it is molded to fit.
usually if it keeps popping out it is either to big or to small.
if it is an o ring you might try an independent automatic transmission shop to see if they might have one that fits. it would have to be the wright thickness to work.

this is also a good idea, however the o ring has got to fit very well for it to work.
