Valve Clearance Check.

Well on our way. Just ordered service manual and all the seals and odds and ins for replacing cam cover.Glad to see bike bandit is still in business. Used them a lot when we had the bonneville. When we bought a harley we asked them about valve adjustments intervals, at the time we were really ignorant about harleys. In time and a few mods later it did not take much to realize that hydraulic valves sucked up a lot power. I like triumph's valve system. It allows for mods in the future with no loss of power. Did some reading on coil connections and might just go ahead and replace connections with upgrade.

I looked at that tool that I was talking about and realized that it is on a 1/4 drive. Checked all the catalogs and can't find anything like it listed. I reckon that it must have been something that I made years ago out of 2 different tools. Probably for adjusting antique CIS fuel injection on old Benz or Porsche cars. Who knows at this point. The memory ain't what it used to was.
