Unable to register tune ECU Via Paypal and Wise. Is TuneECU dead and gone? Alternatives I could use?

2015 rocket III roadster
I am using andiod 13, and loaded the app. trying to register it. No response to my attempted paypal payment to unknown user meeof@gmail.com,. And error 404 when i try to pay with my WISE account, which has 30$ in it.

Any other alternative to save and load tunes? thank you !!!!n. Minnesota Boe 763-203-2965

Welp, TuneECU is definitely DEAD. and GONE ): there are no longer any accounts linked to WISE or PayPAL. What about TuneBoy? Anyone using it?

The old Windows 10 version is toast and will not work on your android device. The Android version will work with the 2300 Rockets only thru a chip enabled cable (I use my old Tuneboy cable) for my Thunderbird (2013) and my son-in-laws Speed Triple (2010). No problems reading or reprogamming with the cable on my bikes.

To clarify - the Windows version of TuneECU will work with Windows I.e. a computer (and not just Windows 10 BTW).
As an alternative to (Android) TuneECU, which was the OP's question.

Thanks for the clarification. The last time I hooked up my laptop to my 05 Rocket was 2010......
