Tune ECU #20258 - WOW (or not?)

Hello Guys,

The tune mentioned on the site is quoted like this:

Rocket III Touring Aftermarket exhaust, Dyno run at Tovami Goes – Pays Bas for a R3T 2008.
- Triumph TOR exhaust., - Subsidaries removed., - KN triple filter installed ,- No Lambda sonde, - Gipro,
- Max power: 147.7 Bhp at 5756 rpm, - Max. Torque: 237.5Nm at 2332 rpm, - Speed limit: 240 Km/h,
- Speed Adjust: - 3,9 %, - Thrtmo Fan: 95 °C, - Rev. Limit: 6800, Thanks Hans (Ballyono) from NL

As you can see Tom thanked Ballyono from Nl.
That Ballyono Guy happens to be me........

The Tune is produced at Tovami in Holland which is a famous tuner in the race circuit.
The results are 100 accurate and real.
The Touring goes either like my Grandma ( tourer) if you want or you can change the machione in one of the fastest roadmachines avalable!
The Bike is unreal fast. With the Jardines the results where sleightly better but my ears and the lady behind me had comments so i changd the Jrdines ( in which the made Killers for me) into D@D exhausts.

Be aware that not only the Bike starts to fly but also your Petrol meter starts to fly.( the side you don't want it to go.....the left side becausethe Tank becomes empty...)

It uses 1 liter per 13 kilometers, 49 kilometer per gallon = 30.7 Miles per Gallon.

I removed the Triples, 3 KN filetrs, Gipro, D&D pipes, Lambda sonde removed, dyno tuned.
On The ecu tune side their are two of my Tunes. ( Ballyono)

They are both honest and real and the Bike performs great. No backfires ore popping.
I had it Dyno tuned because I just wanted it to performs perfectly without being afraid to drive to lean etc.

Any questions please do.

Thank you Hans for your tune, my TR3 Touring is very powerful with your tune.It has scary fast acceleration.
I have some popping on decelerating, but thats only because I have Jardines right?

I think you are correct sir...there is indeed a bypass plug that you can put into the harness in place of the O2 sensor. Such things are required when you go to a PCV + AT because the O2 sensor goes to the AT unit instead of the ECU. The bypass plug "fools" the ECU I into believing that the O2 sensor is still there I think...although I am far from a computer genius.

Macrider,

If you have the Jardines on you can use the tune which is specially produced for the Jardines. It is also on Tom site.
Do you have it on?
Below on youtube you can see why you need use of the Parachute.......

.

It is limited at 225 km per hour but you can hange that with tuneecu.
The tune is called:
20258Jardines_exhaust_DB_KillersMap.hex
I attached the figures as well.
Then you should have no popping anymore.

I have the D&D underneath because we found to Jardines a little to loud.
Also got it dyno tuned with the D&D , the tune is also on Tom's site:
http://www.tomhamburg.net/Custom_Tune_list.html

Good Luck and enjoy.

Hans

can this tune be used on any older (2006) standard R3 and provide the same numbers.

Thank you Hans, this is much appreciated! now I can get rid of that popping.
In that new tune for Jardines did you leave the O2 sensor in the Jardine pipes or did you remove it and put bung plug in?
Mac

Mac,

The O2 sensor is removed and, indeed, I did the plug in.
I hope this is the tune you want.

Good Luck.
