Remove the injectors (just pop the clips off and pull them out) and thoroughly flush the rail - no need to replace the rail itself, just clean it.
A fuel rail (just the bare tube) is ~ £140 by UK prices, so hate to think what that is in Oz pricing - a lot of money for something that has no parts that can wear and just requires cleaning.
Injectors are £160
EACH!
Not sure if you mean "can the TPS cause this" (difference between the flows)?
No, whatever is going on with the TPS, it would affect all three Injectors to the same degree.
However you should regardless do the TPS checks after you finish with the fuel rail/injectors clean.
Best bet is to find an injector cleaning service as opposed to replacing them, which is going to be both more expedient and certainly much more cost effective, even vs replacing with used ones
Do all three.
If you DO want to replace the parts there is a fuel rail complete with injectors off 2014 for $200 and also complete set of TBs/Fuel Rail/Injectors* for ~ same price ($200) on EBay in US currently and another listing for just set of 3 injectors for $100
(those are all US $ so about 28% more in Oz $)
* That one is quite the deal - TBs complete with Fuel Rail/Injectors, (even the Fuel-line/hose back to the banjo), the Idle Stepper and TPS are all included.
That freakin Hose with the banjo is £134 alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When you said you replaced the fuel pump - was this the entire pump
assembly or just the pump itself?
Did you replace the fuel filter? If not, you should do that also.
