The clutch system has all stock components and made sure I installed the plates back same orientation as I had taken them out.The plates were oiled and springs torqued to 10nm .
After installation of pressure plate had checked lifter piece action but I couldn't move the pressure plate back.I had assumed the plates will losen up after rotation and did't want to damage the lifeter piece button.

Is it typically possible to varify clutch action by pulling lifter piece before bolting on tbe clutch engine cover.

I was planning to change engine oil & fiter after few mintues of running engine .Also had ordered a spare clutch cover gasket just in case, looks like will end up using it now.

I took good advice and did some checks before taking clutch over OFF. Not sure what it was hydrostatic tension or oil temperature it was weird after I had engine running for couple of minutes, with multiple starts & stops. CLUTCH WORKS NOW!!!

Took bike for a spin around the block , shifted through gears but engine was operating rough with the P1105 error. Now digging up in the forum realized I have forgotten to connect MAP sensor tubing to throttle body .Think once I fix this I should have motorcycle back on road.
Scott thanks again for all the input and lending me the Cam timing tool.

The only part I need to replace is driveshaft which is badly worn-out .I had purchased 2 driveshaft's on Ebay both listing mentioned 05'onwards classic model's driveshaft but both these are slightly larger diameter spline at the bevel box end. Was the 05 model driveshaft different than later years ,Looking up on Bike Bandit 05' part number is T1270500 and 06' part number is T1270600?

It is late now, but typically the cam timing "dot" is stamped on the rear of the cam chain lower gear, where one cannot see it...........

Used the timing marks on crankshaft gear as Scott had mentioned but didn't notice a dot mark on cam lower chain sprocket gear 20170313_201321.jpg .

Ok so the two bearings

Bearing Torsional Damper # T1270805 which is a JESA W2 6305 RS single side seal 25 mm x 62 mm x 17. mm (made in United Kingdom) Seal is non metal
the rear bearing # T3801135 which is a KOYO 6009 RS double sided seals. 45mm x 75 mm x 16mm (made in Japan) Seal is non metal.

The seal # T3600068 made in the UK no name only numbers are 3600068 same as the part number it is a Oil seal 40 MM x 62 mm x 6 mm clockwise rotation.

Hope this helps. remember when you take yours apart the front one is most likely in backwards. Of course with all the metal in the sump you might not be able to tell. So when you install the front bearing the seal goes toward the rear of the bike which is towards the cover. The front bearing gets its oil from the passage that feeds the transmission shaft end bearing hence the seal on one side only. The rear bearing is now grease packed and double sealed where the original was single sealed and oiled by osmosis or shear luck of migration.
A thread mine I know, but I found one for sale NOS with good photos. @warp9.9 can confirm if the bearings are correctly installed. I have bought a few things from this seller and great service and if you make an offer she is likely to accept. To get a starting point for an offer start watching it and you will likely receive an eBay 10% discount offer or so within a week or so.
Price: US $350.00
Approximately AU $538.50

I can see the bearings are in correctly. Can't speculat as to why they went thru the hassle of removing it from the cover? Also from what I can see of the helical gear if this is the orignal bearings they were running concentric.

IF it is New Old Stock as claimed why would it come already pressed in to the cover which appears to be part of a different parts group? (Seller Notes: “New Old Stock. Excellent unused condition, zero miles.”)
This part number T3990194 is for the Black Case Cover version of the 3 listed according to my Aussie dealer Triumph parts fiche so maybe it came with the black cover which is missing?

I wasn't believing the new old stock figured low mileage. In gearing helucal gears are usually sold mas a matched pair. Not that you would have to. I've sent just the one helical in a complete torsional damper assembly to be a parts donor. Anyway sorry to make you hunt down all the info.
