Just a little info, the rocket is forgiving on a stock application is what ive been told so i dont think you need to worry but maybe some afr rocket scientist will put down some knowledge in here. Im tuning now and have a 13.1 goal, it moves around some though not much but its close, also depends what youre tuning for, mileage or power i dont care about mileage any

Running a Dynojet pod-300 with the wideband o2 sensor

it’s runningover 15 on a few occasions out to 16 momentarily in 3-5th gears anywhere around 2800 rpm... slightly dropping or increasing throttle drops the afr back to 13-14something.... there is a band that just runs real lean and it seems to be the cruising throttle range ..... not sure I wanna run for an hr at a time somewhere between 15 and 16
I run the Pod too, if I crack the throttle quickly I get high numbers for a second, I've always written it off as lack of responsiveness in the gauge or read out, it always settles back down. No problems in 12,000 miles since Carpenter build and tune..

Power but not to the point it stresses the engine

Will have to investigate further.... I’m fine with numbers in the 14s but over that seems too hot and that can’t be good

That is exactly what happens, opening and closing my tuner dismisses as aint much you can do

So I shouldn’t worry about the afrs running to 15-16?

So I have been reviewing the tables in the tune.... I’m even more confused now as if anything it looks like this remapped tune gives more not less fuel than other tunes???
