You may remember that 18 months ago my wife died. After 15 yrs of caring for her I have now been free to travel, however my 2 little dogs have held me back. Now my son & his girlfriend are buying a house & taking the dogs with them. So I am now free to tour around this country of ours & I intend to do so. If you live in Scotland,Wales or England & your happy to meet me for a pint in your local pub, let me know & I'll try & plan a route to accommodate all those lovely offers that are sure to come flooding in. It won't all happen at once but I will get round to it. (BTW it would be handy if you could recommend a pub with accommodation)

Would be a pleasure to meet you for a pint (or two) based in Worcestershire and would have no problem finding you some accomadation,Stratford on avon and Warwick castle 30 mins away so some interesting places to visit .

A nice part of the world Mike, I've been only once before when I was riding my Goldwing many years ago. You will be my first point on the map.

Not in the UK, alas, but I'd love to tour it myself. Although, I'd probably continuously find myself going against traffic, since everyone else would be using the wrong lane.

Sounds like you had a rough ride the past couple of years. Hope the tour turns out great and you have some more uplifting experiences, lots to see in the UK.
