With a GT after 180Kph you feet get lifted off the pegs by the wind pressure, 200+k's even more so, & the wind blast alone is enough for me to stay away from those speeds. I think mid pegs would fare better in the high speed running stakes. But it's good to know any day you feel like it she'll top 200k's & not bat an eyelid, in fact she wants more . . .

No mods, no changes done to the bike.
A new set of wire and clutch pkates were installed. Now to test if the new set are faulty, reinstalled the original ones (both), same issue now persists. Whenever I try to go over 160 kmph, the bike oscillates, as if it is not getting fuel properly.
Checked fuel pump also.

Here is the chart I generated when we were doing the land speed records. We had the rev limiter set at 6400 which is 400 over stock. This doesn't assume any slippage or tire expansion.

How much speed to you figure we lost on the 155 mph run due to wheel slip?

Tune Installed, speed limiter removed, and I hit 270 Km/h on my GT and it still seemed to have room to go more, but that was Speedo reading, i'm not sure how far out it is, was going for 300 but the highway cops had the Corvette out that night, I wasn't to sure I could outrun that thing
