Took Headlight fuse out to upload, and afterwards no start.

Pulled fuse to upload program from ecu to save before new download. After download I hit the start button, and a relay clicked but no turn over. The first thing I did was went back to the last thing I did was the light fuses, and that was the ticket. How many other bikes have this issue

Put the fuse back in and check you kill switch. The headlight fuse is also the starter fuse.

I had the same thing, now I dont take the fuse out and keep the battery charger attached.

I take the fuse out each time I access the ECU and put it back in to start with no problems.
