Certainly does - along with Rum, Vodka and any alcoholic beverage that is left alone or unattended for more than 10 seconds, then its free game - that's what I was told, dunno if its true but if you adopt this rule you will either be very happy, drunk or beat up but most likely either or more often both of the last two options.
