I have not done it. In fact when I asked my dealer about it, they said they have not had to do one yet. I can't remember the exact specs, but I want to say that they are supposed to be within 5-10% of each other, with using the reading from Cylinder 1 to balance 2 and 3. Page 11.185 of the latest version of the service manual shows where to adjust the TB.

Yeah and you can't get it wrong because there are only two screws so you can't adjust the wrong one only the two that are meant to be adjusted
