Now I take it that you wouldn't be making reference to Scots' kilt. Men in skirts is not a welcomed comment to our brothers in the north, even if they do live in Florida. It'll be too warm for him there he'll be missing the climate of the highlands. Ain't that rite Scot.
 
I thought that being blind they would have to feel the garment, you know what I mean rub all over.
