TFC handle bars on Rocket 3R

Rocket 3R Chrome
I want to put Rocket 3 TFC flat handlebars on my Rocket 3R chrome edition . I've found the part numbers that are different between the two models. Can I buy those TFC parts separately, or do I need to own a TFC to get them ?

no, you dont need to own TFC , I changed to TFC handlebar but ended up going back because I did not order risers from TFC and the handlebar became too low and was almost touching gas tank so I sold it on ebay.

Thank you very much for your response , so i need only the risers and handle bars ? do i need to order YOKE UPPER M/C AS ?

you only need
#3 and #4 for TFC ( not for regular rockets but for tfc,)
other than that you need TFC handlebar

#3 and #4 for TFC risers are always out of stock/backorder at Triumph and you have to wait long time as its TFC part but I see some people are selling on aliexpress (confirm before order, do you due diligence )

I didnt order or bothered with

because I was able to see the instrument while riding and adjusting it to my sight, also TFC parts are always in backorder.
