Taillight out, fixed

The frustration of not knowing how to fix what appears to be a minor problem is what gets me the most!...I have just had a problem with my laptop and i was close to putting an axe thru it!!...lucky for me, my ladies grandson has just got his Batchelors in Computer science or something and came around and sorted it for me!...I just want it fixed NOW!!...no patience anymore!!...smash it and get something that works!!...not really, but thats how it feels sometimes!..GRRRR...lol.:banghead::p
 
On the flip side, when you have an electrical/electronic background and you have a warranty issue with something, trying to get them to believe you know what you’re talking about is so frustrating.
Just had a issue with an LED headlight that failed on my car, knew exactly what the problem was and just wanted them to replace the faulty part. Took about 40 emails of them asking the same question 30 different ways. Eventually sent the idiots a video. After all that, they sent the complete system, so now I have spares!
