Does anyone know if the 2021 GT catbox cover (with the extended front) will bolt directly to the earlier 2020 GTs without modding exhaust?

My Gt is a 2020 (delivered in June) and it had the extended cover, I guess they changed the design quite early in production. So I would guess they are all the same fitment.
