Swing arm pivot torque

Would some one give me the torque figure for the R/H (adjustable) swing arm pivot please.
And also where to get a copy of the workshop manual, I had one and have lost it somehow ! I tried the link on Bishops signature but it doesn't work.

Book says .....left hand pivot 100 Nm..... right hand pivot 15 Nm then right hand locking ring to 100 Nm,

Thank you Sir, just what I needed to know.
I had the whole back end out of the bike today doing a grease of all splines etc.
I spent the morning making a lifting stand so that I could get the rear wheel out easily, another tool in the Shed
