I don't think this is related to your problem Rockit but thought it was worth sharing. I was reading about the 675 and new Tiger; Triumph says both of them have a new processor in the ECU that is faster requiring half the cranking time to start verses previous Triumph Keihin ECUs. Maybe Tom can expand but I would venture to guess that the ECUs have to confirm the sensors are communicating prior to powering the ignition.
