Speedo/tach issues

I am trying to map my instrument connections and have figured it out except for the orange/black wire between B16 on the ECU and terminal 16 on the instruments. Can anyone help?
 

An R+D Thread - Different instruments.

Spurred on by threads from folk who suddenly find themselves without a working Speedo or Tacho. And given more of a kick following some emails from a guy here in Spain @drctjcp - I have decided to have a bit of a play adapting a UNIVERSAL speedo to the R3. So I went onto ebay and found a CHEAP...
