Just finished flushing and filling radiator on 2012 Roadster.
Followed all the instructions to the letter.
Flushed and filled it up with Engine Ice.
Fired it up to check for leaks and there were none.
Let it run for about 5minutes to warm up when I noticed
all of a sudden coolant running down the engine which the
pictures show and light wisp of smoke coming from radiator area.
What did I screw up and I hope I didn't damage my engine.
It sounded fine .
Everything is put back just as it was before I started.
THIS SUCKS!!
I tightened bleeder bolt but I removed the little plastic cover to the left of bleeder bolt that has two smaller bolts
that hold it on in order to get to bleeder bolt.
Didn't tighten one of them, it was 3/4 out.
This has to be the issue.
Mine did the same thing when I refilled the radiator before my Texas ride. Re tightened the hose clamps & all became well again.
I would consider a set of SAMCO hoses and stainless clamps.
