When my Son-In-Law was in Iraq he said it often got up to 130F plus. He told us he was surprised to find out that in that kind of heat even the inside of his ears sweat.

Yep not sure what 130f is, I spent 05 in Iraq and saw the temp guage hit 60c for a week straight , try working dogs on Vehicle Check points in that..............

What is all the hell is going on down there? Our news is showing terrible fires. Super out of control. I'm not used to hearing about fires in Australia. Any information would be grateful.

Australia has a History of some of the worse Bushfires in the world , mainly because our Continent is so dry and our forests are made up mainly of Eucalypt plants/trees , when conditions are right Eucalypt oil is almost explosive .

Thank you for the information. Your country has always been a place I hope to visit. Riding your country would be fantastic. The land sure seems different than the Great Lakes in the U.S.A. Hopefully I will visit in the near future.
