Side cover update

Sorry if you already saw this on the facebook page.....I have the 2009 R3 Touring, the side covers have nothing on them. Was there something on there from factory, or were they plain?
I had a freind make up some decals for mine, they turned out great, I had her make them in a silver colour.
 

Those are what I'm talking about!! Nice. I'd like to get my hands on something like that.

Early on I saw this on here and did that.:





They are separate metal lettering and they are stuck on good. I did not like the plain cover, either, and that was one of the first things I did after I got it.
