Add another check in the Failboat box:
I get it connect via usb, woohoo. I download a tune (20352), and it completes "successfully" woohoo. I cycle the key... and the bike is in disabled protect mode.
This is what happens when you flash a pre-CAN bus based tune, eg any tune before 20773, into a new rocket that needs 20773 or newer tunes.
All of the provided tunes are not functional on new bikes.
G ****ing G tuneboy, your product is only compatible for 2004 - 2013 rockets as delivered.
