Anybody know the difference in seat height between the stock double seat on a 2007 Rocket III Classic and the single low-rider seat?
(The vertically challenged need to know?)

Standard seat is about it without shaving some off the sides and thickness, problem is it's an ass killer to start with so for the vertically challenged either lower rear shocks or inch high soles on ya boots......

Low rider only felt a very small amount lower than the stock seat , about 10 / 15 mm or so

Still probably had more padding in it than the bus one.....

Yep . The busa one has the comfort of a plank with a nail in it

Had gel inserted in the pillion pad though , to keep her happy .

odd job--all the r3 seats are made for big fat wide asses and thighs too!!
if you've got size 31 waist (150 lbs.) like me you can get feet a liitle more comfortable with a corbin .
dropping rear shock height AND front forks to match will help.

OR--certainly you can find a good old retired horse saddle guy out there in new mexico to fab the r3 seat ???

I lowered my shocks by replacing them with 11 1/4 inch Hagons. Shaved a lot of padding from the seat and sides and replaced with thiner medical foam. Finally. had my boots modified with 2 1/2" heels and 1" soles. I now can ride and stop comfortably with my 27" inseam. If you go with the Hagons, deal directly with company in England, they will custom build your shocks for you and your passenger, well worth the extra coins. Before I did the above, I was just about to sell the Rocket, it was that uneasy to handle for me. Good Luck!

You wear "high heels" and openly admitting it... still not as gay as chaps so you can get away with it (over there)!!!

I just acquired a Corbin dual seat...but it was scooped a bit. It is more suited for the vertically challenged Captains, or at least those with stubby legs. I think I'm going back to my Triumph dual seat w/backrest.

Yea with the corbin the base seems lower but the sides are wider and not as supple so short arses like me still need a decent sole on the boot..... it helps
