Hurricane Sandy flooding photos show storm is more than hype

These pictures just in ,it seems NYC got hit hard. Flooding was the big problem in my neck of the woods also. Full moon combined with storm surge and high tides took their toll.

We're back. we got electric about 4pm. No damage but scarey my trees just kept bending and bending but never broke. A tree down the corner riped out of the ground and took all the electric lines with it. If we got more rain it would have been much worse. How is eveyone else doing? I heard it hit Ohio bad.
