Rockets Across America V – Spring Launch

You guy's always do this to me, Last year you did same thing had the RAA two weeks before I go to TN. to visit my mom. Sheesh.
Seems to me we would do this over Memorial weekend when people have off and kids are out of school.

We had several discussion before the dates were decided.

IMHO Doing an event like this on a holiday weekend significantly increases the cost for lodging and make it difficult to secure a large block rooms since holiday weekend are a premium.

I hope you can make the fall launch in ar. I will make sure your suggestions of the holiday weekend is discussed by the RAA committee in the future.

Deb and I . . . booked.

Now, for shirts . . screen printed or embroidered? I can do a couple of colors on screen printing . . too many colors make it pricey. Embroidered as in years past, I can do whatever . . no big deal. Colors are unlimited. Name drops can be under RAA V logo or on the opposite side. Ideas? Comments?
