Mexican, you are probably right. Wonder if I put some R3 gas tanks and fenders on some old Harley frames I could fool anybody?
HD parts are way more plentiful anyway...for obvious reasons...
There is a lot of cool stuff around there to see. Same guy that did the buried Cadillacs as an art piece did a lot of funny street signs around town. If you just rode through you missed Palo Duro Canyon. What a place for a bike ride and only $6 entry fee. Highway 66 eateries are cool too. Ride safely.
Thanks, we are headed to Four Corners/ Durango and up thru Royal Gorge, Canon City, Cripple Creek, Colorado Springs and are gonna try to loop back thru and stop at the Big Texan and Palo Duro on the way home. Red River and Angel Fire were around 75 degrees. Nice cool ride.

Well, didn't make it to Cripple Creek. Headed south to Red River and then south to Las Vegas and found a sweet cruising road full of twisties between Angel Fire and LV. Hwy 518 I think. Now kicking back at the Big Texan in Amarillo where we just witnessed some kid finish off the 72 oz steak in 45 minutes. Also noticed a big herd of HD's here. Funny how they look the Rocket over and then go talk to their buddies but never say anything to me. Yeah, I know they wish they had one....
