Rocket III vs ZX-14

I don't think Hombre has given up? The last I remember seeing I think was 178 MPH? and he thought he could get more RPM, but was still running too lean.. I also remember he had some aerodynamics to work out with his custom front fender.. I know its been cool watching what mods he's accomplished so far.

I know it's posted on here somewhere, just too lazy to look.. lol and I'm at work, so I'm supposed to be working.. lo

700 Horsepower from Suzuki Hayabusa
Anyone got 700 HP from a Rocket yet. And this is old.
The Busa is a fantastic motorcycle (wish I could still ride one) but the Rocket is more fun to ride everyday with all the torque. Only did 180 once on the busas but used the Rockets torque every day.
I say get one of each.

Well, I'd certainly be interested in "real world" results, but I don't know, as someone else stated, that you can extrapolate the data that way. There's a gal from Texas that just set the land speed record for naked class on a Busa at 205 mph. Of course, the bike was modded in addition to having the faring stripped off. But, you're talking about a modded Rocket so that's more apples to apples, IMO.

TxRIII, whats wrong with baby blue on flames...Ive heard it happens every day. Id thought youd simply sit up straighter. My Cooper Zeon isnt faring as well as your darkside. I believe your mileage on a darkside ranks number 1. Awesome recall on the ZX14 run. I was there in spirit.

By golly gee, thares BusaJack! Whats the latest on Spike? Lost track of him didya

well sure. A modded Chevy Cavalier will beat a corvette modded correctly.
